We hope that you are reading this in good health. We’re writing to fill you in on the status of work here at Acoustic Distinctions and the steps we’ve taken to ensure that we can continue to serve our clients while protecting the health of our staff and following official guidelines.

AD has offices in multiple locations, including New York and Connecticut. Both of those states have issued executive orders asking non-essential workers to work from home, and AD is in full compliance with those directives.

Working remotely is nothing new at Acoustic Distinctions. We implemented technologies to enable our staff to have flexibility in their work arrangements well before the appearance of Covid-19 (the coronavirus). Having worked out the technical difficulties before there was an urgent need to do so, we were able to transition seamlessly to having all our staff work from home.

So rest assured, where responding to our clients is concerned, at Acoustic Distinctions it’s business as usual even if business conditions are unusual. We are here to help your projects proceed and succeed. If you need to reach us, just call or email as you always have.

The situation is fluid, and we will be reviewing circumstances daily to make sure we are taking the best steps to fulfill our obligations to clients and to one another.
