Paul’s fiduciary responsibilities encompass maintaining the corporate balance sheet, budgeting and staffing forecasts, real estate management, insurance, and procurement negotiations for equipment and services. In addition to building, managing, and administering the company’s Information Technology infrastructure and Wide Area Network, Paul also leads client relations efforts, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs, resolve complex issues, and foster long-term partnerships that support organizational goals. |
